Welcome to Littell Properties
We are a small family-owned and operated property management company serving the Montrose, Museum District, and Midtown communities. My father, Brett Littell, formed this company over 50 years ago with the same properties we manage today. I was born and raised in Houston and watched my father run his business as Houston grew and evolved into the culturally and economically diverse city it is today. After completing service with the US Military, I joined my father’s side and now oversee all operations. I am proud of the company we have grown to be today. Our properties make it possible to share a city that has the best people, the best food, and the best culture, a city in which I love and hold near and dear to my heart.

Our Properties
Apartment Communities
Our apartments are 1940’s garden apartments with no more than 40 units at each property. We have upgraded each of our apartments into stylish and modern apartment homes that fit the evolution of in-the-loop living while maintaining their original feel. We continue to upgrade and maintain the interior, exterior, and common areas of our properties. You will see updated flooring, appliances, plumbing, A/C units, and carpentry in each of our units. We value beauty, refinement, and function so you can relax and feel good when you are home!
Commercial
Our commercial property is situated in the heart of Montrose and offers individual office spaces for lease. The interiors of our office spaces have been recently updated and are perfect for working solo.
Location
We are situated in prime locations. Montrose, The Museum District and Midtown are all ever-evolving and growing neighborhoods. These locations are minutes from experiencing our city’s diverse culture, renowned museums, beautiful parks, and growing business and medical centers. All of our properties are “a stones throw” from some of Houston’s best restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Living at one of our properties gives you easy access to some of the best parts of our city.

With over 50 years of experience, we know that property management isn’t only about transactions and building maintenance. Our properties are shaped by the people who live in them, that’s why we are people driven and pride ourselves on our resident relations. Making personal connections with residents is one of the most important things we do. You matter to us, and your experience of your home matters to us. We work with a small team, so you will always know who you are working with and will see our friendly faces around often.
Maintaining our properties is one of our top priorities. We are committed to fast, reliable, and impeccable maintenance. From urgent matters, to not so urgent matters, we make it easy to get the job done so you can rest. Our lines of communication are always open so we can fulfill our commitment. We have partnered with many of our contractors for over 20 years, we trust their work.
