Submit your proof of income
Acceptable forms are outlined below:
EMPLOYMENT: Proof of stable and verifiable current employment must be provided. Annual income is taken into account as a portion of the approval process. Acceptable methods of proof of income may include: three months‘ worth of recent pay-stubs; a letter from the employer on company letterhead clearly stating gross monthly or yearly income; the most recent W-2 form; or, for self-employment applicants, a copy of 2 years of applicant’s most recent tax returns. Individual applicants must gross 3 times the monthly rent; roommates must each gross their pro-rated share of 3 times the monthly rent.
Acceptable forms may include:
3 months of your most recent pay stubs. Pay stubs must include: your name, your employers name (company name), pay period, and gross income, or
A letter from the employer on company letterhead clearly stating gross monthly or yearly income, or
Your most recent W-2 form
For self-employed applicants only:
2 years of applicant’s most recent tax returns
Before you submit be sure:
your gross monthly income is 3x one months rent (or 3x your portion of one months rent)
your submission includes all required information as outlined above
your submission is legible
the proof of income you are providing is current and not from previous/inactive employment
the proof of income your are providing supports the gross monthly income you have put on your application
your submission is accurate. All inaccurate submissions will be disapproved.
Incomplete and inaccurate submissions will delay the processing of your application and can result in disapproval of your application
